Grow - Walk With One Another

1. Faith Formation Team – will assist people of all ages in growing, through the Word of God, in faith, understanding, and love with God and one another by:
   • Providing for and overseeing the faith formation ministries for all ages:
     • Sunday school (pre-k through fifth grade)
     • Confirmation (sixth grade through eighth grade)
     • Youth Ministry (sixth grade through twelfth grade)
     • Adult Bible studies:
     • Men’s Bible study (M.O.T.H.S – Saturday mornings)
     • Women’s Bible study (God’s Butterflies – Wednesday evenings)
     • Sunday morning Bible study (Coffee, Conversation,& Connections)
     • Mid-week Bible study
2. Leadership Team – will oversee the that this community of faith grows through the Word of God in faith, understanding, and love with God and one another by:
   • Overseeing the life and activities of this congregation to the end that everything is done in accordance with the Word of God and the faith and practices of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
   • Lead in stating its mission, doing long-range planning, set goals and priorities, and evaluate our ministries in light of our mission and goals.
   • Seek to involve the members in our mission and life together.
   • Oversee administration of the congregation –
   • Staffing/Ministry teams
     • Finances
     • Property
     • Communication
     • Discipline
     • Identify and build up leaders.
3. Property Team – will support our growing through the Word of God in faith, understanding, and love with God and one another by:
   • Attending to the physical property needs of the congregation –
     • Building
     • Grounds
     • Insurance needs
   • Assessing our facilities in order to better implement our mission and to create a more relational-friendly space.
