Gather – Welcome One Another
- Welcome Team – will gather all people into the saving faith through Jesus Christ by:
- Identifying, welcoming, and valuing all visitors and guests, following-up with them and making ourselves available to their spiritual, relational, and physical needs.
- Developing mentoring relationships with potential new members, educating them about the life and ministry of the congregation, and inviting them into the mission and ministry of the congregation.
- Relating more directly with the wider community and developing strategies for witnessing to the Gospel in the community and sharing our lives together.
- Worship Team – will gather all people together to worship by:
- Leading people in encountering and worshiping God in spirit and truth through responsibly preaching the Word and rightly administering the Sacraments.
- Planning, preparing, and coordinating various opportunities for worship corporately and individually.
